Murder Most Speculative: Ben Aaronovitch, Adam Oyebanji, Nicholas Binge

Friday 12th September - 20:30

There’s some corner of the crime fiction field that is for ever slightly weird, stretching both the boundaries of the genre and your imagination, creating wonderful worlds of murder and mystery where anything can happen.
Stone and Sky, the latest in Ben Aaronovitch’s extraordinary Rivers of London series, sees DS Peter Grant face myth and murder in Scotland. Adam Oyebanji reshapes both genres and history as he tackles the evils of the Atlantic slave trade in his remarkable thriller Esperance.
Extremity by Nicholas Binge explores an insidious time-travelling conspiracy that threatens the entire human race.
This event will be chaired by novelist Zoe Venditozzi.
